Dr. Kimberly Scutchfield

Dr. Scutchfield is the founder and sole doctor at The Cat Doctor of Monroe. She believes in gentle, compassionate care for all her furry patients, treating each as if it were her own. Dr. Scutchfield also believes in involving the owner in the decision process for their cats care and will take the time to listen to their concerns and discuss the available options.

After working in the insurance and financial planning field as a licensed insurance agent and mutual funds representative for several years, Dr. Scutchfield decided to pursue her interest in animal health. Following graduation from Oakland University in 2004, Dr. Scutchfield attended the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) at Michigan State University, graduating in 2008. Dr. Scutchfield was awarded the Senior Student Award from the American Association of Feline Practitioners for her commitment to feline medicine and surgery.
